Cookies Policy
Last updated
RealityTwinz keeps cookies to a minimum. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. This page lists everything the site stores in your browser and why.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (local storage) works in a similar way but stays on your device and is not sent with every request. Both let a site remember things between visits.
What we store
Strictly necessary
- Your sign in session (browser storage), so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
Your settings
- sidebar_state (cookie, 7 days): whether the dashboard menu is open or folded.
- Studio project and presets (browser storage): your current Studio project is saved in your browser so it is still there when you return. Files you opened are not stored.
- Catalogue sound (browser storage): whether you turned the page turning sound off.
Analytics and advertising
None. The few usage events we record (such as searches) are saved in our own database, not through cookies; see the Privacy Policy.
Cookies set by other services
Some pages load content from other services, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Stripe, on its checkout pages when you pay, to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- arrival.space, inside interactive spaces you open.
- SuperSplat and PlayCanvas, inside embedded scene viewers.
Google Fonts provides the fonts this site uses. It sets no cookies but receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you clear them you will be signed out, the dashboard menu returns to its default and an unsaved Studio project is lost. Blocking everything will stop sign in from working.
Changes and contact
If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: office@realitytwinz.com.
